Andrew Gadoros

Andrew has over 30 years accountancy experience and became a Chartered Accountant in 1989. His knowledge has been gained working for a number of respectable accountancy firms and in commerce.

Richard Mulea

 

Partner

Richard has accounting experience that spans more than twenty years, he has worked with all sizes of companies. In the early nineties, Richard joined Novell, becoming the Finance Business Analyst, responsible for Southern and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Neil Weston

 

Qualified Manager

Neil trained as a Chartered Accountant working for a firm in Guildford and after that for over 20 years for Callingham Crane based in Leatherhead. During that time, he worked his way up to manager level dealing with a wide range of assignments and clients.

Sarah Colwell

 

Qualified Accountant

Sarah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in a Big Four accountancy firm then gained business strategy experience in publicly listed companies.

Andrew Gadoros BA FCA

Partner

Andrew has over 30 years accountancy experience and became a Chartered Accountant in 1989. His knowledge has been gained working for a number of respectable accountancy firms and in commerce.

During the nineties, he joined the Management team working in a prestigious firm of West End accountants.

Following that success, he took time out to explore Australia before returning to the UK working as Group Accountant for a car dealership supporting the expanding Citroen dealership division. By 2005 Andrew was Finance Director for the Group helping to control a £35 Million turnover business.

In 2006 Andrew set up ABG Accountancy in Weybridge and the practice has grown each year since then.

Key areas of expertise include Tax and Audit, Accounts/Compliance, Management Accounting, and Pensions.

Richard Mulea AAT

Partner

Richard has accounting experience that spans more than twenty years, he has worked with all sizes of companies and has gained valuable experience looking after sole traders and setting up and supporting the running of limited companies.

In the early nineties, Richard joined Novell, becoming the Finance Business Analyst, responsible for Southern and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa

Before starting ABG Accountancy in Weybridge with Andrew, Richard was Divisional Financial Controller/Business Analyst for Amey Technology, a division of Amey PLC.

Neil Weston

Qualified Manager

Neil trained as a Chartered Accountant working for a firm in Guildford and after that for over 20 years for Callingham Crane based in Leatherhead

During that time, he worked his way up to manager level dealing with a wide range of assignments and clients, from preparing the accounts of small sole traders to the audit of large multinational private companies.

He has experience of many industries and charities, putting that later skill to use as Treasurer and a Trustee of Farnham Sea Cadets.

Neil has known Richard for many years and began working with ABG in 2013.

Key areas of expertise include Accounts and Compliance, Management Accounting and Forecasts, Audit, Tax and Charity Accounts.

Sarah Colwell

Qualified Accountant

Sarah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in a Big Four accountancy firm then gained business strategy experience in publicly listed companies.
At ABG, Sarah specialises in company secretarial, construction industry reporting, complex personal tax issues and IR35.

Harry Derham

 

Part Qualified Client Manager

Harry joined ABG in 2019, after successfully completing his Accounting and Finance degree in Bristol.

He is currently working towards the ACA qualification with the ICAEW to become a chartered accountant by November 2023.

Peter Evans

 

Client Manager

Peter joined the team in 2019 following a career change. He is a qualified Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT), Having completed the AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting Certification.

Owain Towey

 

Part Qualified Accountant

Owain joined ABG Accountancy in 2021 and is currently working as a trainee accountant aiming to complete AAT Level 4 having already obtained Level 3. .

Sana joined ABG Accountancy in June 2022 and is currently in the process of attaining her AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting.

As a part qualified client manager, Harry provides support for sole traders and directors of small companies and is experienced in many aspects of tax.

 

Harry helps prepare statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, management accounts and personal tax returns.

 

He is always keen to help clients and makes good use his experience & knowledge from studies to answer day to day queries and provide recommendations or available options to clients if required.

 

In his free time, Harry enjoys the fast-paced thrills of mountain biking often taking weekend trips to Wales and other spots around the UK to visit the bike parks.

Peter Evans

Client Manager

Peter joined the team in 2019 following a career change. He is a qualified Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT), Having completed the AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting Certification.

Peters current roll within ABG Accountancy sees him managing a varied client base including Micro Entity & Small Companies, Partnerships, Self-employed & Sole trading business, Rental property clients and a variety of other self-assessment personal tax clients.

He is experienced in preparing statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, personal tax returns, capital gains tax and looking after clients within the Construction Industry Scheme.

In his spare time Peter enjoys taking to skies in his favourite hobby of Skydiving or hitting the road with his dad in the Classic American car scene.

Owain Towey

Evelyn Navaratnam BSc (Hons)

Payroll Manager

Evelyn started working for ABG in September 2019. She has been working within payroll for over 12 years.

Evelyn has worked in the private sector as well as bureaus and has extensive knowledge of the payroll systems.

Here at ABG her role is very varied and includes, but not limited to, the processing and checking of weekly/monthly payrolls, PAYE /National insurance calculations,
liaising with HMRC regarding PAYE schemes set up and queries and in-depth investigations into
payroll related queries/issues. Evelyn maintains a wide range of client portfolio and liaise with them regarding all their payroll requirements

Evelyn is familiar with payroll software’s such as SAGE, IRIS, Moneysoft, Bright Pay and ADP Freedom.

In her free time, Evelyn loves to read, play the piano and spend time with her children.
